Using a tape measure or string, measure around the widest part of head, 3/4" above the ear. Make a tight fit for accuracy. Divide this measurement by 3.14 to get the cap size. See

Using a tape measure or string, wrap around the hand at the widest part.
Make a loose fit. (Measure string against a ruler.) Round the measurement to the nearest whole inch. See

A cockring typically fits around and behind the scrotum or the base of the penis. It should fit snugly and comfortably. To measure for a cockring, take a tape measure or string, encircle behind the scrotum or the base of the penis. (Measure string against a ruler.) Divide this measurement by 3.14 to get the cockring size. See
